Honestly, I had this last week on my lower lip. The best thing is to not touch it or try to pop it at all. I applied a cold compress for ten minutes twice a day, and it really helped reduce the swelling.

Beta, these blisters usually take their own sweet time of about one to two weeks to heal completely. Just keep the area very clean and dry, and don't worry too much. If it starts spreading or doesn't go away, then consult a dermatologist.

I avoid eating spicy and highly acidic foods like tomatoes or citrus fruits when I get these. They can irritate the blister and make it burn more. Stick to simple, cool, and bland vegetarian food for a few days to let it heal.

Stress and low immunity can trigger these fever blisters out of nowhere, just like my blood pressure spikes. Make sure you are sleeping well and getting your basic health vitals checked if this happens often.

Ah, the classic blister right before an important plan, always! Try using a tiny dab of petroleum jelly to keep it soft so it doesn't crack when you laugh. Otherwise, just rock the look and let it heal naturally!

I get these whenever I have a bad fever or get too much sun. Honestly, there's no magic trick to make it vanish overnight, bro. Just wash your hands constantly so you don't spread the virus to other parts of your face.

I totally get it, fever blisters are so painful and make you feel super self-conscious. Try not to pick at the crust when it starts drying up. Just keep a clean damp cloth over it for a bit to soothe the burning sensation.

Please don't ignore it if it doesn't start healing in a week. I once ignored a lip sore thinking it would go away, and it spread terribly, making it hard to even drink water. Go to a general physician if it looks infected.
