How to get piles back in?

I've been suffering from piles for a while now, and sometimes they protrude outside which is very uncomfortable. My doctor gave me some cream, but I want to know if there's anything else I can do to get them to go back in naturally.

Don't panic, this can happen if there is too much strain. Try sitting in a warm water tub (sitz bath) for 15 minutes to reduce swelling first. If it is still protruding and painful, please don't force it and see a general surgeon immediately.

When I had this issue, trying to push it back myself only made the pain worse. I immediately went to a proctologist who treated it safely with proper medication.

Once your doctor treats the acute stage, regular light walking helps improve bowel movements and prevents constipation. Avoid sitting in one place for too long at work.

Straining in the toilet increases both BP and piles issues. I had to change my diet to high fiber and go for regular checkups to manage both. Please consult a doctor to get a proper stool softener prescribed.

Avoid heavy squats or lifting weight if you have prolapsed piles as it increases intra-abdominal pressure. Focus on drinking plenty of water and eating leafy greens to keep your digestion smooth.

I know how incredibly painful and embarrassing this is, it literally kept me crying in the bathroom. Please don't suffer alone out of shyness, doctors see this every day and they will help you painlessly.

Totally agree with the sitz bath advice, it really helps with the swelling. Do visit a doctor soon.
