How to get pain meds?

I recently had a minor accident and now my arm hurts quite a bit. The local chemist gave me something, but it's not really helping. I think I need something stronger. How can I get proper pain meds that actually work for this kind of injury?

If it is gym-related muscle recovery pain, eating clean protein and taking proper rest works best for me. For severe pain, of course, get a doctor's opinion rather than buying random pills over the counter.

Please keep your mind peaceful and positive, dear. Pain is temporary and your body has great power to heal. Do visit a kind doctor to get the appropriate medicine and take good care of your health.

With my fluctuating thyroid levels, I never take any pain medications without checking with my specialist first. I highly recommend getting routine blood work done and discussing your symptoms with a professional.

Bro, don't just pop random pills you find at home. Go to the college clinic or any general physician, they will write down a safe prescription for you in five minutes.

Please be very careful. I once took strong painkillers without a proper prescription and ended up with severe stomach acidity and kidney issues. Always consult a proper MBBS doctor before taking any such medications.

Yaar, trying to get strong meds without a prescription is actually a bad idea. Chemist shops in Mumbai are very strict now. Better to just consult an online doc and get a digital slip.

Self-medicating with pain relievers can mask underlying symptoms and lead to complications like gastric ulcers. A professional medical consultation is the only responsible way to get the correct prescription and dosage.
