Dude, I used to freak out about any little flake, thinking my scalp was doomed. But honestly, it's just dandruff. With dreads, it's probably harder to wash. Just find a good clarifying shampoo meant for dreads and stick to a regular cleaning schedule. It's totally manageable.

Hey! Dandruff with dreads must be super annoying. My friend with dreads swears by apple cider vinegar rinses. She dilutes it and uses a spray bottle to get it right on the scalp, then rinses really well. Might be worth a try!

For dreads, keeping the scalp clean is key. You could try natural options like diluted tea tree oil or neem oil massage before a gentle wash. But if it's really bad or persistent, like if your scalp is super itchy or red, then don't hesitate to see a doctor. Home remedies have limits.

Dreads can be hard to manage, and then dandruff on top! Instead of buying many expensive products, maybe try a simple medicated shampoo first. If it doesn't work, seeing a doc might seem costly, but it's better than spending on things that don't help. Plan your budget for a dermatologist visit if needed.

Dandruff is a physical manifestation, dear. Keep your scalp clean and calm. Perhaps a gentle herbal rinse can bring peace to your hair. Remember to breathe, stay positive, and let nature heal. Take care of your body as you do your soul.

Listen, with dreads it's tough to really see what's happening on your scalp. I once had a skin issue that I thought was just 'dry skin' and ignored it for too long. Ended up needing proper treatment. Don't make my mistake, a quick doctor's visit is always better to know for sure.
