Managing dreadlocks must be a commitment! For dandruff, I'd say check your diet too. Sometimes what we eat affects our scalp. For instance, too much sugar can cause inflammation everywhere. Try to balance your meals and see if it helps, along with proper scalp care.

The scalp needs to breathe, especially with dreadlocks. Gentle massage with neem oil or tea tree oil diluted in coconut oil could soothe the scalp and reduce flakiness. Also, mindful washing and drying are important to prevent moisture build-up.

Dreadlocks are so cool! But dandruff in them sounds like a real pain. I've heard diluted apple cider vinegar rinse works wonders for scalp build-up and flakes. You could try that with an applicator bottle to reach your scalp properly.

For dreadlocks, it might be challenging to get to the scalp. It's best to consult a dermatologist who has experience with natural hair textures. They can recommend specific medicated rinses or treatments that won't damage your dreads while treating the dandruff effectively.

Dreadlocks definitely require a specific routine for scalp health. Try using a spray bottle with a diluted anti-dandruff solution to reach your scalp directly. Also, ensure your dreads dry completely after washing to prevent fungal growth. Regular maintenance is key.

Don't ignore it, yaar. I once thought my persistent itch was just dry skin, but it turned out to be something more stubborn. With dreadlocks, it's even harder to see what's going on. Please get it checked by a doctor, just to be safe. Better safe than sorry.
