Sometimes dandruff can be linked to diet! Try to reduce excessive sugar and processed foods, and increase your intake of zinc-rich foods and healthy fats. Also, make sure you're getting enough water. A balanced diet can improve scalp health too.

Oh god, dandruff! It always makes me worry if it's something serious. But usually, it's just a common scalp condition. Make sure you use a good anti-dandruff shampoo regularly, and don't scratch your scalp too much. Stress also makes it worse for me.

For dandruff, proper hygiene after workouts is super important. Sweat and oil buildup can worsen it, so always wash your hair after a good run or gym session. A healthy lifestyle, including exercise, helps overall skin and scalp health. Consult a dermatologist if it's severe.

Dandruff can sometimes be more than just dry scalp; it could be a fungal infection or other conditions. I once ignored a skin issue, and it complicated things. If normal shampoos don't work, please consult a dermatologist. Don't self-diagnose when it could be more serious.

My mother used to suggest a gentle coconut oil massage before washing, but for actual dandruff, a specialized shampoo is often needed. If it's very stubborn, please don't hesitate to see a skin doctor; they can prescribe stronger solutions or identify if it's something else.

We used to face this problem. What worked for us was using a good quality anti-dandruff shampoo and making sure to wash hair regularly, but not every single day. Also, use a clean towel every time and don't share combs. Simple hygiene makes a big difference.

It's always better to get chronic dandruff checked by a dermatologist. There are different types of dandruff, and what works for one might not work for another. Don't just rely on over-the-counter stuff indefinitely; it's about safety and proper treatment.

Use an anti-dandruff shampoo with ingredients like selenium sulfide or zinc pyrithione, consistently. Don't wash every day if your scalp is dry, but don't let oil build up either. Find your balance. If it persists, see a dermatologist, period.

Haan, dandruff is so annoying, na! Try using a good anti-dandruff shampoo like Ketoconazole ones. And also, don't keep your scalp oily for too long. Kuch log toh nimbu (lemon) bhi lagate hain, but be careful, it can be drying.

Simple, bhaiya. Get a good anti-dandruff shampoo from the pharmacy, use it three times a week. Make sure you rinse properly. Don't use too much oil. If it's still there after a month, go to a skin doctor. No drama.
