Bhai/Didi, 3-year-olds are full of energy! You need a strict routine. Bath, dinner, story time, then bed. No exceptions. Make sure they get plenty of playtime outside during the day. Limit screen time, especially before bed. Be firm, they will test you.
Oh, this sounds challenging. My friend also struggles with her toddler's sleep. Does having a very dark room help, or a night light? And how much screen time should be avoided before bed for a 3-year-old?
My 3-year-old fights sleep like it's a battle! It makes me so anxious because I know they need their rest, and so do I. Does anyone else feel like they've tried *everything*? We do a strict bedtime routine, but he just won't settle. Any tips beyond the usual?
For a 3-year-old, a consistent and predictable bedtime routine is crucial. Our pediatrician recommended a 'power-down hour' before bed – quiet activities, no screens, dim lights. Ensure they have a comfortable sleep environment and are not overtired. If nightmares or night terrors are an issue, maintaining calm and comfort is key. Persistent issues warrant a doctor's visit.

A 3-year-old and sleep? Haha, that's a myth! Mine thinks sleep is for the weak. Honestly, a very firm bedtime routine, no screens before bed (this is the hardest!), and exhausting them with play during the day are my only hope. And even then, it's a gamble. Send coffee!
