Dandruff can be annoying. While exercise won't cure it directly, keeping active and reducing stress can indirectly help with overall scalp health. For direct relief, try anti-dandruff shampoos with ingredients like zinc pyrithione or salicylic acid. Make sure to lather well and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing. And yeah, good hygiene post-workout helps.

Oh my god, I literally just got rid of my dandruff a few months back! It was so bad. What worked for me was using a medicated shampoo (Ketoconazole based, my chemist recommended it) twice a week, and then switching to a mild, sulfate-free shampoo for other washes. Also, don't scratch and keep your scalp clean. Consistency is key!

Namaste. Dandruff can be a persistent issue, but with patience and the right care, it can be managed. Besides external treatments, try to maintain a calm mind, as stress can sometimes aggravate such conditions. Use gentle products and ensure your scalp breathes. If it persists, a doctor's advice is always good.

Haan, dandruff is common. What I found effective is a combination. First, choose a good anti-dandruff shampoo that suits you (selenium sulfide or ketoconazole are good). Wash your hair regularly, but don't use very hot water. Make sure to massage your scalp gently to remove flakes. If it's really stubborn, you might have seborrheic dermatitis, so a dermatologist is best.

Bro, dandruff is the worst! I used to have it bad. My hack was using a good anti-dandruff shampoo twice a week and making sure to rinse properly. Also, don't use too much hair product or let your hair stay oily. Keep it clean and dry, helped me a lot.

For dandruff, while no app can 'cure' it, keeping track of your hair washing routine and product usage in a simple note-taking app can help identify triggers. Many find that specific anti-dandruff shampoos work best. Look for ones with active ingredients like Zinc Pyrithione. If it's severe, a dermatologist can recommend stronger treatments or rule out other scalp conditions.
