How to function without sleep?

Had an emergency last night and couldn't sleep a wink. Now I have a long day ahead at work. Any advice on how to keep my mind sharp and body going without any sleep?

Ho na, sometimes life happens and you just can't sleep. What helps me is to keep moving thoda, like just get up and walk around. And definitely chai, but in moderation, haan? It's tough, but you'll get through the day.

Listen, I know sometimes there are situations where you can't get sleep. It's not ideal, and it's really hard on your body. Just try to stay hydrated, eat small, light meals, and take short breaks whenever possible. Prioritize rest as soon as you can. Be kind to yourself.

If you're operating on no sleep, what you eat becomes even more critical. Stick to light, easily digestible vegetarian meals and avoid anything heavy or sugary that will cause energy spikes and crashes. Lots of fresh fruits and water are important to keep you going.

I just pulled an all-nighter for a project last week. It was horrible. What saved me was constant hydration, small fruit snacks, and stepping out for 5 minutes every hour for fresh air. Don't try to do anything complex. Just get through the day and crash early tonight!

Going without sleep can feel really awful and make you quite anxious, I've been there. It's okay to feel completely drained. For me, accepting that I'll be less effective helped reduce the stress. Focus on the bare minimum and just power through until you can rest properly.
