My work schedule is really hectic these days, and I'm hardly getting 4-5 hours of sleep most nights. I feel so drained throughout the day. Any tips on how to function properly and stay alert on less sleep?

Hey! It happens to everyone sometimes. Don't stress too much about it, that just makes it worse. Try to take short power naps if you can, even 15-20 mins. And definitely hydrate well and avoid too much caffeine, it just makes the crash worse later!
Please, try not to make a habit of functioning on less sleep. I did that for years for work and it really took a toll on my health later. If it's a chronic issue, please get it checked. Your body needs rest, don't ignore it like I did.
Functioning on less sleep? Ah, the art of looking alive while feeling like a zombie! Lots of chai, pretending to listen in meetings, and strategically timed blinks. Seriously though, power naps are your best friend, and maybe a strong coffee before a crucial task.
While occasional short sleep is manageable, consistently functioning on less sleep can have serious health implications. If this is a regular occurrence for you, please consult a medical professional. They can help identify causes and advise on healthy sleep practices.

When sleep is low, focus on really clean eating – avoid heavy, sugary foods that cause energy crashes. Even a short walk or some light stretching can help wake up your body and mind a bit. Don't overdo the workouts if you're sleep-deprived, though.
