How to force sleep?

Exams are coming up and I'm really stressed, which is messing up my sleep cycle. I find myself lying awake for hours. Any tips on how to force sleep when you're just not feeling tired?

Ah, the eternal quest! If only sleep came with an 'on' switch. For me, it's about tricking my brain. Sometimes just lying still and pretending to sleep actually works. Or just thinking about my office emails... guaranteed to bore me to sleep.

Force sleep? LOL, tell me the secret! Most nights I just scroll through reels until my phone drops on my face. On good days, a very long, boring book does the trick. Anything to make my brain shut up!

Beta, don't force it too much. Our elders used to say a glass of warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg before bed helps calm the mind. Make sure you are not drinking chai or coffee late in the evening. Try to keep your room dark and peaceful.

Ho na, it's so difficult sometimes. What helps me thoda is making sure my room is completely dark and quiet. Aur then I just try to breathe deeply for some time. It doesn't always work, but it helps relax.

Forcing sleep is tricky because your mind resists. I focus on creating a consistent wind-down routine. Dim lights, no work calls, maybe some light stretching. The goal isn't to instantly sleep, but to signal to your body it's time to rest. It takes discipline.
