How to flush kidney stones naturally?

My nani often talks about using natural remedies for everything. I have kidney stones and was wondering if there are any natural ways to help flush them out. I prefer to try natural options first if possible.

Oh, kidney stones are definitely not on the menu! To flush them naturally, everyone says drink lots of water, and maybe some nimbu paani. I heard watermelon juice is also good, and that's a delicious way to stay hydrated! Avoid too much salty stuff though, that's a foodie challenge for sure.

I was just reading about this! A lot of articles mention increasing water intake significantly, and using lemon or apple cider vinegar (diluted, of course) as natural remedies. Some even talk about specific herbs. But it sounds like you really need to confirm with a doctor first about what kind of stone it is.

While natural remedies sound appealing, for kidney stones, it's very important to know the type and size of the stone. This is similar to how thyroid issues need proper diagnosis. Always get diagnostic tests done and consult a doctor before trying any natural flush. Some herbs might even interfere with medications or specific conditions.

Lots of water and lemon juice are common suggestions. But please, see a doctor for proper guidance.

For kidney stones, hydration is key, but with diabetes, you have to be careful with natural 'flushes' that often involve sugary fruit juices. Stick to plain water or unsweetened lemon water. Also, dietary changes, especially controlling sodium and protein, are important. Always discuss with your doctor or a dietician who understands both conditions.
