How to fix type 2 diabetes?

My father was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. The doctor gave him medicines, but I want to know if there are lifestyle changes or other ways to 'fix' type 2 diabetes or at least manage it really well so he can live a healthy life.

Type 2 diabetes sounds really serious. I'm just learning about it, but it seems like a big lifestyle change is needed, right? Like, not just medicine but also what you eat and how active you are. It must be tough to manage.

Type 2 diabetes isn't something you 'fix' with home remedies alone, it's about lifelong management. I've seen many try everything. The most practical approach is strict adherence to your doctor's prescribed medication, a very disciplined diet (low sugar, controlled carbs), and regular physical activity. Small consistent changes over time make the biggest difference, under medical supervision.

For Type 2 diabetes, exercise is a game-changer, but always with a doctor's clearance. Regular walking, strength training, or even yoga helps improve insulin sensitivity. It's not a 'fix' but a powerful management tool along with diet and medication. Consistency is key, and monitor your blood sugar levels closely.

From my personal experience with family members who have Type 2 diabetes, it's really about constant vigilance. They follow their doctor's instructions meticulously, especially regarding medication and diet control. It's a daily commitment to a healthy lifestyle and regular check-ups, not something that has a quick fix.

Type 2 diabetes is primarily managed, not 'fixed' in the sense of a cure. The cornerstones are always consistent medication as prescribed by your endocrinologist, strict dietary control (low sugar, complex carbs, balanced protein), and regular physical activity. It requires a holistic lifestyle change and continuous monitoring. Please consult your doctor for a personalized plan.

Listen, Type 2 diabetes is serious. You don't 'fix' it like a broken tap. It's about strict management. Doctor's advice, medicines on time, cut down on sugar and processed food, and regular walks. No shortcuts, bhai. Your health is important.
