How to fix sleep schedule?

Since working from home, my sleep schedule has gone completely haywire. I stay up really late and then struggle to wake up in the morning. How can I get back to a regular sleep pattern?

Fixing a sleep schedule really depends on consistent routine. Try to wake up at the same time every day, even weekends. Also, a good workout in the morning or early evening can help you feel more tired by bedtime. Just avoid heavy exercise too close to sleep.

Beta, the body is like a clock. Try to sleep when it's dark and wake when it's light. A warm glass of milk with a pinch of haldi before bed can be soothing. Avoid too much tea or coffee after sunset. If it's a big problem, please ask a good doctor.

It's tough with work, but setting a strict bedtime and wake-up time is crucial, even on holidays. I also find blocking out an hour before bed for winding down (no screens!) helps immensely. Just start small and be consistent.

My mother always said to sleep early and wake early for good health. For sleep schedule, try having a relaxing routine before bed, maybe a light oil massage or a warm bath. But if you're really struggling, it's always best to talk to a doctor, they know best.

For sleep issues, I always recommend speaking to your family doctor. They can assess your lifestyle and even suggest a sleep study if needed. Be clear about your daily routine and what you've tried. Sometimes it's a simple fix, sometimes it's more complex.
