Haan, sleep apnea needs a doctor, bhai. Yeh koi normal snoring nahi hai. Go to a sleep specialist, they will do a sleep test and then suggest remedies. Often it involves a CPAP machine, na? Don't delay it, it can affect your health in many ways.

Yaar, sleep apnea is no joke, actually. My uncle had it. You HAVE to see a sleep specialist. They'll probably suggest a sleep study to diagnose it properly. Don't try to fix it on your own, it's serious. CPAP machine ya lifestyle changes, jo bhi ho, doc will tell.

Sleep apnea is a breathing disorder during sleep, and it can be quite serious if left untreated. It's crucial to see a doctor for diagnosis. They might recommend a sleep study. Treatments often include CPAP therapy, lifestyle changes like weight loss, or sometimes oral appliances. It's not something to self-manage.
