How to fix sleep?

I've been struggling with my sleep for ages now, constantly feeling tired and unable to concentrate. I usually get only 4-5 hours of disturbed sleep. How can I fix my sleep patterns and finally get a good night's rest? I'm open to any suggestions.

To fix sleep, first fix your evening snacks! Heavy, spicy food before bed is a no-no. Try a warm glass of turmeric milk or a light fruit. And definitely no late-night chai or coffee! Your stomach needs to be calm for good sleep, yaar.

Don't stress too much about 'fixing' sleep, sometimes that makes it worse. Just try to create a relaxing bedtime routine: dim lights, no screen time an hour before bed, maybe a warm bath. Consistency is key, even on weekends. Your body will eventually get the hint.

Be cautious with all the quick-fix sleep remedies online. Some herbal supplements or teas can interact with other medications or have side effects. If you're genuinely struggling with sleep, consult a doctor first. They can identify underlying issues and recommend safe, effective strategies.

Achhi neend toh bahut zaroori hai, beti. Try to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, even if it's not perfect initially. And before sleeping, don't look at the phone too much. Ghar pe, we always say a little walk in the evening and a light dinner helps. Soothing environment in your room also helps.
