How to fix sciatic nerve pain?

Since last month, I've been experiencing this sharp pain that goes down my leg, making it hard to sit or stand for long. My physio said it sounds like sciatic nerve pain. What are the best ways to fix this kind of pain? It's really affecting my work.

Bhai, sciatic pain is no joke, it can be really crippling. You absolutely need to see a doctor first to know what exactly is causing it. Don't try random stretches without a diagnosis, you can make it worse. Get a proper opinion, then do physio. That's the only real fix.

Sciatica is a nightmare, I know. What worked for me was a combination. First, proper diagnosis from a spine specialist. Then, consistent physiotherapy with specific exercises for nerve glides and core strengthening. Hot compresses helped a bit for temporary relief. And absolutely avoid prolonged sitting or standing in one position. Movement, gentle movement, is key.

I ignored my sciatic pain for too long and ended up with much worse complications. Please, don't make my mistake. Go to a doctor, an orthopaedic or a neurologist, as soon as possible. They might recommend an MRI. Catching it early can prevent a lot of long-term problems.

Ho na, sciatic pain is so difficult to manage. It travels all the way down, na? My aunt used to say gentle stretches help, but only if they don't aggravate it. It's really best to get it checked by a good doctor. They can suggest the right exercises or medicines.

Don't be too worried about sciatic pain, many people experience it as they get older or due to certain activities. It can feel very scary, but often it's treatable. The main thing is to get proper guidance from a doctor and a good physiotherapist. Be patient and consistent with their advice.
