How to fix rotator cuff pain?

I've been having this constant dull ache in my shoulder, and the doctor said it's likely a rotator cuff issue. It's difficult to lift my arm sometimes. Are there specific exercises or treatments that can help fix rotator cuff pain properly?

Oh, rotator cuff pain sounds super nasty! While you're dealing with it, maybe focus on anti-inflammatory foods? Like turmeric in everything, lots of ginger tea, and colourful fruits and veggies. It won't fix it, but might make you feel a little better, and yummy too!

I've heard rotator cuff issues can be really persistent. From what I've researched, gentle physical therapy exercises are often recommended. But it seems super important to get a proper diagnosis first so you don't do anything that makes it worse. Have you seen a physio?

Rotator cuff pain is tricky. You really need professional guidance for rehab. Usually, it involves very specific strengthening and mobility exercises once the initial pain is managed. Don't push through pain. Diet-wise, focus on protein for tissue repair and omega-3s for inflammation. But see a good physiotherapist first.

Rotator cuff pain can be very debilitating. My advice based on helping others here is to not try to self-diagnose or self-treat beyond basic rest and ice. Please see an orthopaedic doctor first, they might recommend an MRI. Then, follow up with a certified physiotherapist. Consistency is key in recovery.

Hey, that sounds really uncomfortable. Don't try to do too much with that arm and give it some rest. Sometimes these things need proper assessment. Maybe an orthopaedic specialist and then a good physio can help you. Just take it one step at a time, you'll be fine.

For rotator cuff pain, seeking medical attention is really important. A doctor can correctly diagnose the extent of the injury, whether it's a strain, tear, or impingement. They'll then guide you to either physical therapy, medication, or in some cases, surgery. It's complex, so don't delay professional advice.

Rotator cuff pain? Oh god, another thing to keep me awake at night! As if not enough. Jokes aside, seriously, don't mess with shoulder injuries. Sleep is already difficult with pain, so please go to a doctor and get it fixed properly. No point suffering more.
