How to fix piles at home?

My husband has been complaining about piles for some time now, and he's a bit hesitant to go to the doctor. Are there any good home remedies or natural treatments that can help fix piles? We'd prefer to try something ghar pe first if possible.

For home care, increasing your water intake and eating more fibrous foods can really help ease the discomfort. Warm sitz baths can also provide some relief. Take care.

Dealing with piles can be really tough, not just physically but also emotionally. It's such a private and uncomfortable issue that can make you feel quite down. Please know you're not alone in this struggle and it's okay to seek help.

My doctor explained that often piles are due to straining from constipation. So, the best home fix is to prevent constipation. She recommended a diet rich in whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. Also, drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily. And never suppress the urge to go.

Oh, piles! That sounds really worrying. I always get so anxious about health issues, especially if they are persistent. Have you tried doing some light walking? Sometimes just getting the body moving helps. But seriously, if it's stressing you out, better to get a medical opinion just to be safe and put your mind at ease.

I always try natural remedies first for most things. For piles, lots of water, high-fiber diet, and aloe vera externally might give some comfort. But if you see blood or the pain is severe, please, please see a doctor. Home remedies have their limits.

I manage my BP with lifestyle changes, and I've learned that everything is connected. For piles, a good diet with fiber and enough water is key. Don't forget regular, easy walks. And regular checkups are important, even for something like this, to make sure it's not getting worse.

From a fitness perspective, a good diet is foundational. Lots of roughage, like salads and oats, helps. Stay hydrated throughout the day, especially if you're active. And some light exercise can improve circulation and bowel regularity. Avoid heavy lifting if it causes straining.
