How to fix pcos?

I recently got diagnosed with PCOS, and I'm really worried about it. The doctor gave me some medicines, but I want to know if there's anything else I can do to actually fix it, not just manage symptoms. My cousin said diet plays a big role.

PCOS is a complex hormonal condition, and there's no single 'fix' for it; rather, it's about managing symptoms. It requires a proper diagnosis and a personalized management plan from an endocrinologist or gynecologist. Self-treating or relying on unverified claims can be detrimental. Always consult a healthcare professional for guidance.

PCOS management is super personalized. I use health apps to track my cycles, diet, and exercise, which helps me identify triggers. For me, a low-carb diet and regular strength training helped with weight and insulin resistance, which are key for PCOS. But consult a Gynae or endocrinologist first, they can suggest what's best for your body.

My daughter has PCOS, and it's been a journey. 'Fixing' it is more about managing symptoms long-term. Her doctor emphasized lifestyle changes: a balanced diet with controlled sugar, regular exercise, and stress management. Medication is also part of her plan. It needs consistent effort and regular follow-ups with the doctor, beta.

Please don't ignore PCOS symptoms, or try to 'fix' it with quick remedies. I did that for a while, dismissing irregular periods, and it led to more severe issues later. A proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a gynaecologist or endocrinologist is absolutely essential. Early intervention makes a huge difference in managing it.

Oh, PCOS is so tough, I've tried so many things! For me, cinnamon tea and apple cider vinegar in warm water helped a bit with insulin resistance, alongside a low-GI diet. But honestly, the biggest impact came from consistent yoga and stress reduction. And always, always consult a good gynaecologist for proper medical guidance.
