How to fix lower back pain from squats?

I've been trying to improve my form while doing squats at the gym, but sometimes I feel a sharp pain in my lower back. I think I might be doing something wrong. How can I fix lower back pain from squats and ensure I'm doing them correctly?

I made the mistake of pushing through lower back pain from squats, thinking it was just muscle soreness. Ended up aggravating it and needing proper physio for weeks. Please, if you're feeling pain, stop doing them and consult a trainer or a doctor. Your form might be off, or it could be something more.

Beta, agar squats se kamar mein dard ho raha hai toh shayad aap galat tareeke se kar rahe ho. Ya toh thoda kam weight uthao, ya kisi trainer se poochho kaise sahi se karte hain. Aur agar dard zyada hai toh doctor ko dikha lena, achha hoga.

Exercise is good, but pain is a warning sign. For those managing diabetes, injuries can sometimes heal slower or have more complications, so being cautious is extra important. If squats are causing lower back pain, stop immediately and get a medical opinion before continuing any rigorous workout. Don't risk it.

Any pain during exercise, especially in the lower back, should be taken seriously. It could be due to incorrect form, muscle imbalance, or even an underlying issue. Please stop doing squats and consult an orthopedic doctor or a qualified physiotherapist to accurately diagnose the cause and get a safe rehabilitation plan. Safety first.

Lower back pain from squats? Ugh, same! I feel like my body is constantly protesting my attempts to be healthy. Maybe I should just stick to sleeping, at least then the only pain is from getting out of bed. But seriously, see a trainer or physio for your form, it's probably that.

Oh, this is exactly what I was researching! I want to start squats but am so scared of getting lower back pain. So from what I'm gathering, good form and starting with lighter weights are super important, right? And getting a professional to check it seems like the safest bet.
