How to fix inner elbow pain?

I've been doing a lot of lifting at work, and now I have this nagging pain on the inside of my elbow. It hurts when I try to bend or straighten my arm. What's the best way to fix inner elbow pain?

I had inner elbow pain once after painting my whole house. What helped me was just resting it completely for a few days and then doing very gentle wrist stretches. No heavy lifting for a while. That's just my experience though, everyone is different.

This sounds like golfer's elbow, even if you don't play golf! It's often from repetitive hand and wrist movements. I found that strengthening the forearm muscles (both flexors and extensors) and stretching them regularly, along with icing after activity, really made a difference. Also, check your posture and how you lift things.

That dull ache in the elbow can be so frustrating, especially when it limits what you can do. I remember feeling so helpless when I couldn't even lift my coffee cup properly. It's okay to feel down about it, just remember to be patient with your body.

Inner elbow pain, oh no. Is it like a sharp pain or more of a constant ache? Mine sometimes feels like a dull throb after I carry heavy bags. Does anyone else get that feeling? I always worry it might be something more serious.

First, try basic things like rest and hot/cold packs, they don't cost anything. If it doesn't improve, a doctor visit is needed, but sometimes they directly recommend expensive physio sessions or tests. Ask for a clear diagnosis first so you know exactly what you're spending on, don't just blindly follow everything.

For inner elbow pain, especially if you work on a computer or do repetitive tasks, take frequent breaks. Stretch your wrists and forearms. If it's acute, ice it. If it's chronic and affecting your work, don't delay seeing a physio, they can give quick targeted exercises. Time is money, right?

Any persistent joint or muscle pain really needs to be checked by a doctor. Self-diagnosing based on internet comments can lead to more problems. Get a professional opinion to make sure it's nothing serious and to get proper treatment.

Bhai, inner elbow pain means something is wrong with how you're using your arm. Stop stressing it. Rest it, and if it's still there after a week, go to a doctor. They might tell you simple exercises, or maybe you need some physio. Don't ignore it.
