How to fix heat stroke?

It gets really hot here in summer, and a few times I've felt dizzy and nauseous after being outside too long. My mother calls it 'garmi lagna' or heat stroke. What's the best way to deal with and fix heat stroke if it happens?

Heat stroke is an emergency, especially with kids! My son got it once during summer camp. We immediately moved him to a cool place, removed excess clothing, and put cool, wet cloths on his skin. But the most important thing is to get medical help fast. Don't delay even for a minute.

Namaste. Heat stroke is a serious condition that demands immediate attention. While we should always strive to live in harmony with nature and stay hydrated, if someone experiences heat stroke, swiftly move them to a cooler environment and seek professional medical aid. Always maintain calm and positivity.

Heat stroke is no joke, especially in our Indian summers! I barely manage to get out of bed, let alone brave the sun. If someone gets heat stroke, immediate cooling is crucial. Move them to shade, loosen clothes, and put ice packs on neck/armpits. But yeah, call for help, my sleep-addled brain might miss something important. 😂

Hey, heat stroke is really dangerous, so don't stress too much about trying to 'fix' it yourself completely. The first step is to get the person into a cool place and apply cold water/ice. But critically, you need to call for emergency medical help ASAP. It's a serious condition.

Listen, if someone has heat stroke, it's a medical emergency. Don't panic, but act fast. Get them into a cool, shaded area. Loosen their clothes and try to cool them down with a cool, wet cloth or even a bath if possible. And most importantly, call an ambulance or get them to a hospital immediately. They need professional help.

For anyone, especially those with conditions like diabetes, heat stroke is extremely dangerous. One must immediately move the person to a cool place, loosen clothing, and try to cool them down with wet cloths. But the most important step is to call for medical emergency assistance without delay. Checking their sugar levels might also be necessary if they are diabetic.
