Hand eczema needs a multi-pronged approach as it's often triggered by irritants or allergens. My dermatologist advised me to avoid harsh soaps, use gloves for all wet work, and moisturize frequently with a thick, fragrance-free cream. Sometimes, topical steroids might be needed for flare-ups, but only under medical supervision.

Hand eczema, haan, it's so uncomfortable! My cousin had it very bad. She stopped using any harsh soaps na, only mild ones. Aur, always wore gloves for dishes and cleaning. She used a very heavy cream too, doctor ne di thi. Thoda time lagta hai, but it gets better with care.

Yes, chronic hand eczema is really tough. Using cotton gloves under rubber gloves for washing dishes made a huge difference for my friend.

Arre beta, hand eczema is very annoying. My hands used to get so dry and itchy. What helped me was always wearing gloves for cleaning and cooking, and using a very thick moisturizer my doctor recommended. It takes time and patience, but it gets better if you're careful.

Hand eczema can be tricky for daily activities, even fitness. I know a friend who struggled with it. The key is to keep hands clean but hydrated. Avoid very hot water and harsh sanitizers. Also, a healthy diet and stress management can help the skin's overall condition. Definitely consult a dermatologist for personalized care.
