How to fix fatty liver disease?

My brother was recently diagnosed with fatty liver disease, and he's quite concerned. The doctor suggested diet and exercise, but we are looking for more specific guidance. How can one effectively fix fatty liver disease?

Fatty liver is not something to take lightly, believe me. I ignored it for too long and ended up with complications. Please, please see a good gastroenterologist. Don't rely on online advice for this, it can get serious.

I totally get your worry. I tried so many home remedies like giloy juice, apple cider vinegar, but nothing really helped until I made consistent lifestyle changes. Small steps every day make a huge difference, especially cutting down on processed foods.

Haan na, fatty liver is quite common now. My neighbour also had it. She said she reduced all oily food and walked daily. Thoda time lagta hai, but definitely manage ho jata hai with doctor's guidance and discipline.

Hello! Fatty liver can be reversed in many cases, but it needs dedication. The main things are diet changes – less sugar, less unhealthy fats, more fruits/veg. And regular exercise is non-negotiable. Please talk to your doctor and a good dietician to get a personalised plan.

Arre beta, don't worry too much but do take it seriously. My own brother had this some years ago. He changed his eating habits completely, lot of green veggies, less rice, and walked in the park daily. Doctor said he got much better. You also follow what the doctor says, that's best.

Been there, done that! My doctor told me it's mostly about diet and exercise. I cut out all refined sugar, ate very little processed food, and walked for an hour every day. Within 6 months, my reports showed significant improvement. Consistency is key, don't expect overnight results.

I totally get it, getting a diagnosis like fatty liver can be scary. My friend was really worried when she found out. She started by just trying to eat ghar ka khaana more and reducing outside food. Every small step helps, just try to be consistent and patient with yourself.

I won't give medical advice, but from my experience, managing fatty liver involves major lifestyle changes. I focused on eating home-cooked meals, avoiding sugar and fried stuff, and made sure I exercised regularly. My reports improved over time, but it really takes dedication.

Namaste. Remember that our body is a temple, and we must care for it with love and positivity. Focus on sattvic food, do some light yoga, and keep your mind calm. Consult a good doctor, of course, but also nourish your soul. Everything will be fine.

Yaar, fatty liver is super common these days, especially with our Mumbai fast food culture. Actually, my doc told me to cut down on all junk and start walking daily. It's not a quick fix, you have to be really disciplined with your food and exercise. Don't stress too much, just act on it.
