How to fix dandruff?

For the past few months, my scalp has been very flaky and itchy, and I'm pretty sure it's dandruff. I've tried a few shampoos but nothing seems to work. What are some effective ways to fix dandruff permanently?

Dandruff can be annoying and time-consuming to deal with. I find consistency is key. Use a good anti-dandruff shampoo, like one with ketoconazole or zinc pyrithione, 2-3 times a week. Make sure you leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly. If it persists, a dermatologist visit might be needed.

I just got rid of my dandruff like last month! What worked for me was actually washing my hair almost every other day with a specific anti-dandruff shampoo that my barber recommended. And then following up with a light conditioner. Also, stopping touching my scalp so much really helped.

You don't need expensive treatments for dandruff first. Start with a basic but effective anti-dandruff shampoo from a pharmacy, they're usually quite affordable. Use it for a month as directed. If it's still an issue, then consider a dermatologist, but try the budget-friendly options first.

Ugh, dandruff is the worst, I totally get it! What worked for me was making sure I wasn't using too much product on my hair, especially styling gels. And washing my hair regularly, but not with super hot water. Also, don't scratch too much, it just makes it worse!

Dandruff needs a proper anti-dandruff shampoo, end of story. Don't waste time on random home remedies if it's severe. Get one from a good brand, use it regularly. If it's still there after a month, see a skin doctor. Simple.

From a practical standpoint, look for shampoos with active ingredients like selenium sulfide or salicylic acid. Also, make sure your scalp is properly rinsed after shampooing and conditioning, as product buildup can contribute to dandruff. Good scalp hygiene is crucial.

Dandruff is a very common concern, and the solution often lies in finding the right product and being consistent. Look for shampoos designed for dandruff that you can use a few times a week. Also, try to avoid very oily hair products or leaving oil on your scalp for too long, as this can sometimes worsen it. If home care isn't enough, consult a dermatologist.

Honestly, good hygiene and a healthy lifestyle help with everything, including dandruff. Make sure you're cleaning your scalp properly after workouts, as sweat can aggravate it. And definitely use an anti-dandruff shampoo. If it's very persistent, a doctor can help.

Haan na, dandruff bahut pareshan karta hai. Ek baar main bhi bahut dukhi thi. Maine apne baalon ko neem ke paani se rinse karna shuru kiya, thodi der rakh ke dho leti thi. Aur hafte mein ek baar thoda dahi bhi lagati thi. Kaafi fark pada mujhe.

While external care is important, what you eat also impacts skin and scalp health. Make sure your diet includes enough Omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins. Foods like flaxseeds, walnuts, and green leafy vegetables can help promote a healthy scalp from within. Less processed food also helps overall.
