How to fix cavities without going to the dentist?

Due to some personal reasons, I'm unable to go to the dentist right now, but I have a small cavity that's causing me some discomfort. Are there any reliable ways to fix cavities without actually going to a dental clinic?

While I understand the desire for home remedies, cavities are structural damage to the tooth. Once formed, they generally require professional intervention from a dentist to prevent further decay and pain. Self-treating could lead to more serious issues.

Unfortunately, dear, cavities cannot be truly 'fixed' at home once they've started. What you might see online are usually for very early stages of demineralization, not actual holes. For actual cavities, a dentist needs to clean and fill it to stop the decay. Delaying it will only make it worse, trust me.

I totally get it, going to the dentist can be a hassle or even a bit scary for some. But honestly, for cavities, there's no real alternative to professional care. Trying to fix it yourself might just lead to a bigger problem and more pain down the line. It's better to face it now.

For healthy teeth and gums, regular oil pulling with sesame oil can be beneficial, and certain Ayurvedic herbs are good for oral hygiene. However, if a cavity has already formed, it means the natural balance is disturbed significantly. A dental expert's touch is needed to restore that balance and prevent further discomfort.

Please be very careful with this. Any advice you find online about 'fixing' cavities at home is usually not backed by science and can be dangerous. Untreated cavities can lead to infections, severe pain, and even tooth loss. For your safety and long-term health, always get proper dental checkups.

Lol, I wish we could fix cavities at home, would save so much money and pain! But seriously, my friend tried some DIY stuff and ended up with a huge toothache. Just go to the dentist, it's boring but it works.

While a good diet, rich in calcium and Vitamin D, can strengthen teeth and prevent new cavities, it can't reverse existing ones. Avoid sugary and acidic foods as much as possible. But for actual holes, professional dental repair is a must, no diet can 'fill' it.
