Hey, don't stress too much about arthritis in hands, it's pretty common! My grandma uses warm water soaks and does gentle finger exercises, which really help her. Also, definitely see a doctor, they might give you some specific exercises or meds. But try to keep your hands moving gently!

While diet alone won't 'fix' arthritis, certain foods can help manage inflammation. I've read about consuming more anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and berries. For a vegetarian like me, plenty of leafy greens and omega-3 rich seeds (like flax) can be beneficial. But please, always consult your doctor or a nutritionist for personalized diet advice alongside medical treatment for arthritis.

Arthritis in hands sounds painful and limiting. It's so important to get a proper diagnosis from a rheumatologist to understand the type and severity. They can recommend specific exercises, splints, or medication. Don't try to self-treat completely, as some conditions need careful management to prevent progression. Take care!

Arthritis in hands? My hands are already tired from holding my phone all night when I can't sleep. Jokes aside, that sounds rough. People swear by warm soaks and gentle exercises. And of course, the doc will give proper meds. Maybe I should start doing finger exercises too, just in case, before my hands give up on me!

Ho na, arthritis in hands can be very painful. My uncle had it. He used to do these small hand exercises that physios told him, and hot water soaking also gave him relief. Medicines are important, so definitely see a specialist. Don't ignore it, haan.

Beta, for hand arthritis, my dadi used to say warm oil massage with sesame oil helps. Also, keeping the hands moving with gentle exercises like squeezing a soft ball. But this is for comfort, not a cure. Always see a doctor for proper medicine and guidance. These are just small helps.
