How to find sleep score on apple watch?

I recently got an Apple Watch and heard it can track sleep, but I can't seem to find my 'sleep score' anywhere in the app. Where exactly do I find my sleep score on the Apple Watch and its accompanying app?

From my experience, you can find your sleep score in the Health app on your iPhone, not directly on the watch. Just open the Health app, go to the 'Browse' tab, then 'Sleep', and you'll see your data there. The watch just tracks it.

My kids use Apple Watches, and to check the sleep score, you actually need to look at the 'Health' app on your iPhone. The watch collects the data, but the detailed analysis and score are shown on the phone. Make sure your sleep schedule is set up correctly in the app.

The sleep score isn't directly on the Apple Watch display. It's calculated and displayed within the 'Health' app on your paired iPhone. Open the Health app, tap on 'Browse', then 'Sleep', and you can view your sleep stages, duration, and metrics there. Ensure your sleep schedule is configured in the app.

For the Apple Watch sleep score, you have to go to the Health app on your iPhone. It shows all the details there, how long you slept and the different stages. My family says good sleep is important, and these gadgets can help us understand our patterns better, but if any serious problem, always ask a doctor.
