How to fight a fever?

My little one has a fever since yesterday and it’s making me so worried. What are some safe home remedies or things I can do to help bring it down? Doc ke paas bhi gaye, but wanted to know if there's anything else I can try at home.

If I get a fever, I usually take a paracetamol and try to get a full night's sleep. Hydration is key, so lots of water or ORS. If it doesn't break in a day or two, or gets high, then immediately off to the doctor. Can't afford sick leaves for too long!

Oh, a fever is so annoying! I've tried everything. A cold compress on the forehead helps a bit with discomfort. Also, a light, easy-to-digest khichdi and lots of warm water. But if it goes beyond a day or two, home remedies won't cut it, need to see the doctor.

For a normal fever, rest and fluids are crucial. You can take an over-the-counter fever reducer like paracetamol. But if it's very high, persistent, or accompanied by other worrying symptoms, seeing a doctor is the most sensible thing to do. They can find the root cause.

My personal approach to fever is always to just rest and drink plenty of fluids. I usually keep a paracetamol handy. If it lasts more than a couple of days, I reach out to my family doctor. Everyone's body is different, so what works for one might not work for another.

When you have a fever, light, vegetarian food is best. Think dal chawal, vegetable soup, or just plain khichdi. Avoid anything heavy or spicy. And stay hydrated with coconut water or fresh fruit juices. Helps keep your energy up without burdening digestion.

Beta, for fever, first take proper rest, body needs it. Drink hot tulsi chai or ginger tea. If the fever is mild, a cold cloth on the forehead helps. But if it rises too much, don't just wait, dikha do doctor ko. Health is important.

Dude, fever sucks. I just pop a pill, chug some ORS and literally sleep for like 12 hours straight. If I'm still feeling crappy the next day, then maybe think about seeing the campus doctor. But usually sleep fixes it, haan.
