How to fast weight gain?

My metabolism is very fast, and it's hard for me to gain weight, no matter how much I eat. I'm wondering if there's a specific fasting method that could actually help me gain weight instead of losing it?

I've been trying to gain weight for ages and it's so frustrating! Does anyone else feel like they're eating constantly but still not seeing results? Is there a secret I'm missing or something?

For healthy weight gain, it's not just about eating more; it's about eating right and combining it with strength training. Lifting weights helps build muscle mass, which adds healthy weight. Just eating junk will add fat, not muscle.

My son was very underweight, and we tried everything. The doctor advised calorie-dense but nutritious foods. Think full-fat dairy, nuts, dried fruits, and healthy oils in cooking. Small, frequent meals work better than trying to stuff them with large portions.

Naturally, for weight gain, focus on increasing your calorie intake with healthy foods like ghee, nuts, and healthy carbs. But if you're struggling to gain weight despite trying, or if you're losing weight unintentionally, it's really important to see a doctor to rule out any underlying health issues.

I can only share what helped my brother. He added supplements that his nutritionist recommended, and focused on protein-rich meals. But everyone is different, so what worked for him might not be right for everyone else. It's best to get personalized advice.

Bro, I was a stick figure in college. What worked for me was adding a high-calorie shake daily (milk, banana, peanut butter, oats) and eating proper meals like 5-6 times a day. Also, hitting the gym for weights, not just cardio. Consistency is key.
