How to fall asleep with a migraine?

When I get a migraine, the pain is so intense that I can't even close my eyes properly, let alone sleep. Does anyone have tips on how to actually fall asleep when you're suffering from a bad migraine?

Oh, migraines are very painful, child. Try making a paste of ginger and applying it on your forehead, or drink a cup of strong ginger tea. A dark, quiet room is important. But if it's too severe, please take proper medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Dude, do NOT try to power through a migraine. I made that mistake once and it turned into a full-blown nightmare. Get to a dark room, take your medication immediately, and just try to lie still. If it's new or really bad, doc ko dikhao.

It's so emotionally draining to deal with a migraine, let alone try to sleep with one. I used to just cry from the pain and frustration. Just remember to be patient with yourself and prioritize comfort. You're not alone in this.

Migraines are the worst! 😩 I usually pop my medicine, put on an eye mask, and try to listen to some super gentle instrumental music. Sometimes a cold pack on my head helps too. Hope you feel better soon! ✨

I totally get how debilitating migraines can be. It feels impossible to sleep when your head is throbbing. Try to eliminate all light and sound. Sometimes, even just lying down with your eyes closed, without actually sleeping, gives some relief.
