Exercise for weight loss? Ha! My exercise is mostly running after my kids and then collapsing. But seriously, even just a brisk walk for 30 minutes every day helps. And I'm told getting enough sleep also boosts metabolism, which I desperately need.

For exercise, start small. Even 20-30 minutes of brisk walking daily is great. If you can, add some strength training a couple of times a week. It doesn't have to be fancy gym stuff; bodyweight exercises at home are fine. Consistency is key, like with raising kids!

With PCOS, I know how hard weight loss can be, so be patient with yourself. For exercise, a mix of cardio and strength training works well, but listen to your body. Don't overdo it, and definitely consult a doctor or a fitness expert who understands your health conditions.

Yay for wanting to get fit! ✨ For weight loss, a combo of cardio (like dancing or running) and strength training (bodyweight exercises are awesome!) works wonders. Start slow, be consistent, and don't forget to have fun! Small steps make big changes. 😊

Please, don't blindly follow any random 'workout challenge' videos online. For effective and safe weight loss exercise, it's best to consult a certified trainer or even a doctor, especially if you have existing health issues. They can create a plan tailored for you.
