For small kidney stones, my mother always insisted on drinking plenty of fluids, especially tender coconut water and a lot of plain water. Sometimes, a juice made from basil leaves (tulsi) is also suggested. These natural methods can help flush them out. But if the stone is big or the pain is severe, it's very important to consult a doctor, as they may need medical intervention.

While there are many natural remedies for kidney stones, it's critical to know the type and size of your stone first. What works for a small calcium oxalate stone might not work for a large uric acid stone. Always get a proper diagnosis from a urologist before attempting any natural method. Safety first, always.

Bro, kidney stones sound super painful! My friend had one, and the doctor told him to drink like, a crazy amount of water, like 3-4 liters a day. Also, apparently, a glass of lemon water every morning helps. It's supposed to prevent new ones too, or make the small ones pass easier. But yeah, if it's bad, definitely see a doc.

Hey, if you're looking for natural ways, the most important one is simply staying extremely hydrated. Drink water throughout the day. Lemon juice, because of the citrate, is also known to help prevent stones. But seriously, don't try to self-treat if the pain is bad or the stone is big. Get it checked by a doctor first, okay?

When I first found out about kidney stones, I totally panicked! But my doctor said for small ones, 'natural' means just drinking tons of water and staying active. It often helps them pass. Just keep yourself super hydrated and follow a good diet with less sodium. Don't worry too much, just be consistent.

I heard drinking plenty of water is the absolute main thing for kidney stones naturally. Also, reducing salt and animal protein in your diet can help prevent them from forming. Some people swear by apple cider vinegar diluted in water too, but check with a doctor first to see if it's suitable for your type of stone.

I've been reading up on this! Apparently, for specific types of stones, some dietary changes can be very effective. Like, for calcium oxalate stones, reducing oxalate-rich foods (spinach, chocolate, nuts) helps. And definitely, LOTS of water, that's the universal advice. But it's always best to get a doctor's opinion first.
