Gas pain can be very uncomfortable, isn't it? My mother used to give us a concoction of ajwain (carom seeds) boiled in water, or a little hing (asafoetida) in warm water. It often helps with mild gas. But if the pain is severe or frequent, please do consult a doctor to understand the cause. Doctor's advice is paramount.

Ah, the dreaded gas pain – feels like a tiny war happening inside your stomach! Haha. Honestly, sometimes just walking around a bit helps get things moving. Or a good burp, if you can manage it! Avoid gassy foods like rajma, chole, and fizzy drinks for a while, they are the main culprits for me.

I track my food intake with an app, and I've noticed certain foods trigger my gas pain – usually heavy, processed meals. Eating smaller, more frequent meals, and chewing slowly helps. Also, a quick 10-minute walk after meals sometimes prevents it. Staying hydrated is also key for digestion, I track my water intake too.

Beta, for gas pain, a very old remedy is a glass of warm water with a pinch of black salt and a little lemon juice. Some people also chew a little saunf (fennel seeds) after meals. It helps in digestion. But if the pain is severe, do not ignore it. See a doctor.

Gas pain can sometimes be a symptom of underlying issues, even something like thyroid can affect digestion. It's not just about what you eat. If you're experiencing it frequently, it might be worth discussing with your doctor to see if any tests are needed, especially if you have other conditions. Don't just suffer through it.

For general gas pain, gentle remedies can help. Sipping on ginger tea or peppermint tea is usually safe and effective. Avoid chewing gum or drinking fizzy drinks as they can introduce more air. If it's a constant issue, or very severe, it's always best to check with a doctor to rule out anything serious. Sometimes diet changes are enough, sometimes not.
