Been having a lot of acidity lately, especially after spicy food. It's really uncomfortable. What are some effective home remedies or changes I can make to eliminate acidity quickly?

I track my acidity triggers using my health app. Usually, it's coffee, spicy food late at night, or irregular meals. Try to identify your triggers. Eating smaller, more frequent meals, and avoiding lying down immediately after eating helps a lot. Also, some apps remind you to drink water, which can prevent acidity.

Ugh, acidity is the worst, especially after you've indulged a bit! My trick is to avoid super oily or super spicy stuff, especially after dark. And if I feel it coming on, a glass of cold milk or a spoonful of gulkand usually does the trick. Sometimes a nice, plain khichdi for dinner is all your stomach needs.

Acidity often comes from imbalance. Try to eat mindfully, in peace, and not too fast. Drink warm water, and avoid very spicy or oily foods, especially at night. A calm mind also helps a calm stomach. Blessings for your well-being.

Acidity? Ah, the bane of every Indian uncle's existence! Mine is usually caused by too many samosas or stress from work. I try to eat dinner early, drink plenty of water, and cut down on the late-night chai. Also, resisting that second helping of biryani, that's key. It's a constant battle, yaar.

Acidity is very common these days because of our food habits. My grandmother always said, 'Eat less, chew more.' Simple advice, but very effective. Avoid tea and coffee on an empty stomach. A glass of lukewarm water first thing in the morning, and not eating very late at night, helps a lot. It's about routine, son.

I get acidity pretty often, especially after spicy food. Is it just about avoiding certain foods, or are there specific things I can eat that help prevent it? And does drinking a lot of water throughout the day actually make a difference?
