How to eat papaya seeds for liver?

My Ayurvedic doctor suggested papaya seeds for my liver health. I'm not sure how to consume them properly. Should I just chew them, or can I add them to something? Any tips would be helpful.

I've heard about papaya seeds, but honestly, it's one of those things where you need to be very cautious. Before you try anything new like this for a specific organ's health, please, please consult a hepatologist or a general physician. Self-medicating can do more harm than good, and liver issues are serious.

Hmm, I usually focus on fresh fruits and vegetables and pranayama for overall well-being. For specific organ health like the liver, it's important to have a balanced diet. If you're considering papaya seeds, perhaps start with a very small amount and observe how your body feels. Listening to your body is key, and consult a natural health practitioner if you can.

Listen, the internet is full of all sorts of remedies. Papaya seeds for liver? Sounds like another one of those fads. Please don't just blindly follow these things. Your liver is not something to experiment with. Go to a proper doctor, get tested, and follow scientific advice, not some WhatsApp forward.

I heard about this too, but I'm not sure how much to take or how often. Do you just chew them directly, or is there a special way to prepare them? And are there any side effects? I'm curious but also a bit nervous to try.

It's totally understandable to look for natural remedies when you're worried about your health, especially something as vital as your liver. I've been there too. But before trying anything like papaya seeds, please, promise me you'll speak to a doctor. They can give you accurate information and ensure you're not doing anything that might make things worse.

For liver health, my advice is always to get it checked by a proper doctor. Don't just try random remedies based on internet searches. If you have concerns about your liver, blood tests and proper medical advice are essential. Seeds might be good, but we don't know the right dose or if it interacts with anything.

Beta, these days everyone reads something on the internet and tries it. Papaya seeds have been used in some traditional medicine, yes. But for liver, which is a very important organ, don't take chances. A good diet, avoiding alcohol, and regular check-ups are more reliable. Talk to your family doctor, they will guide you right.
