How to eat brazil nuts for thyroid health?

My thyroid levels have been a bit off lately, and my nutritionist suggested incorporating brazil nuts into my diet. I'm not sure how many to eat or if there's a specific way to consume them for thyroid health. Any guidance would be helpful.

Brazil nuts are great for selenium, which is good for thyroid. Just a couple of nuts a day are enough, don't overdo it. Pair it with your regular morning walk or some light yoga, and it can really help. Always check with your doc if you have specific thyroid issues, though.

Oh, Brazil nuts are awesome! Just a small handful, maybe 2-3 nuts, is enough for your daily selenium. You can eat them as a snack, or sprinkle them on your salad or yogurt. Super easy to include in your diet! ✨

I track my selenium intake, and Brazil nuts are a super easy way to hit the target. Just 1-2 nuts daily is what my nutritionist suggested. You can chop them into your oatmeal or just eat them plain as a snack. There are apps that can help you monitor your intake too!

I also started eating Brazil nuts for my thyroid. I heard too many can be bad, so I stick to just one a day. Has anyone else felt any difference with them, or am I just overthinking it? Sometimes I get worried about eating too much of anything.

Haan ji, Brazil nuts are good for thyroid due to selenium. But be careful, too much selenium is not good. My wife tried them, just 2-3 nuts maximum daily, that's enough. You can just eat them raw, no need to do anything fancy. Remember to discuss with your doctor, as home remedies should complement, not replace, proper treatment.

Ho na, Brazil nuts are quite popular for thyroid. Thoda-thoda khana, like 1 or 2 nuts daily, not more. Too much selenium can be bad, heard that. My neighbour adds them to her morning cereal. Keep it simple and regular, it helps.
