How to ease the pain of urine infection?

I think I have a urine infection again, the burning sensation when I pee is really bad. I'm waiting for my doctor's appointment, but right now the pain is quite uncomfortable. Any tips to make it feel a bit better till then?

Hydration is your best friend here! 💧 Drink lots of water, barley water, or unsweetened cranberry juice to soothe the burn. But please don't skip seeing a doctor, you will need proper antibiotics to clear it out completely! Stay happy and heal soon! 😊

At this age, drinking 3 liters of water means half my day goes in finding toilets, but honestly, it is the best way to flush out a UTI! Coconut water is also a lifesaver to reduce that burning sensation. Just make sure to visit a clinic and get a urine routine test done before it gets worse.

Instead of buying random over-the-counter syrups which can be expensive and don't cure the root cause, spend around 200-300 rupees on a basic Urine Culture test first. Take that report to a local government hospital or clinic doctor. It is the most cost-effective way to get the exact medicine you need.

When I had a urinary tract infection, keeping myself hydrated with plain water and fresh coconut water really helped soothe the burning. I also made sure to maintain good hygiene. However, I immediately consulted my physician who prescribed the actual course of medication.

I panicked so much when I had blood in my urine during a UTI, I thought it was some major disease. But the doctor reassured me it is common with severe infections, and a short course of antibiotics cured it easily. Just drink plenty of water and get tested, you will be absolutely fine!

I am experiencing this for the first time and it is so painful to go to the washroom. I am drinking a lot of water as everyone suggested. Does anyone know if using a warm water bag on the lower stomach helps with the cramp-like pain?
