Please do not put random herbal drops or homemade juice mixtures into your nose as suggested on the internet, you can get a serious infection. Sinus pressure often requires proper medicated nasal sprays or antibiotics if it's bacterial. Go to an ENT specialist and get a proper diagnosis.

The most simple and effective thing you can do is take steam inhalation twice a day. Put a warm, wet towel over your forehead and nose area to relieve the pressure, and drink plenty of warm water throughout the day. This really helps to clear the blocked passages without costing anything.

Sinus pain makes the whole head feel so heavy and painful, haan na. Taking hot steam with a little eucalyptus oil works really well to clear the block. But keep your ears covered when you go out in the cold wind, ho na.

I once ignored my sinus pressure thinking it was just a normal cold, and it turned into a severe sinus infection that spread near my eyes. I had to take heavy antibiotics for weeks to recover. Please get it checked by a doctor if the pressure doesn't ease in a few days.

Stop sitting directly under the AC or fan when your sinuses are blocked, it only makes the pressure worse. Do basic steam inhalation and drink warm ginger tea. If the headache is too severe and you get a fever, just go to a doctor.

My ENT doctor explained that sinus pressure happens when the nasal passages get inflamed due to allergies or viral infections, blocking normal drainage. He advised me to use a saline nasal spray to keep the passages moist and warned against overusing decongestant sprays as they can cause rebound congestion. He suggested seeing a doctor if the pain lasts over a week.

Hey, don't stress too much, sinus pain can be really annoying but it usually settles down. Just make a hot cup of ginger-tulsi tea, use a warm compress on your face, and take a long nap. You'll feel much better, just take care!

I have this intense pressure behind my eyes and in my cheeks that is making me feel so dizzy and anxious. Does anyone else get dizziness with sinus pressure, or is it something more serious? I would really appreciate any comfort.

I was researching about sinus pressure and read that doing a saline nasal rinse using a neti pot can help flush out the mucus. Has anyone here actually tried this at home, and is it easy to do? I'm a bit scared of getting water up my nose.

I haven't slept properly in three days because my nose is completely blocked and my head feels like a heavy bowling ball. Currently sitting with a steam inhaler at 3 AM wondering why I didn't appreciate the days when I could breathe normally. Fun times!
