How to ease pain of wisdom tooth growing?

I'm 22, and my wisdom teeth are coming in, and the pain is just constant and really annoying. It's hard to eat properly and even talk sometimes. What can I do to make the pain of these wisdom teeth growing a bit more bearable?

Bro, my wisdom tooth is growing in sideways and it literally ruins my entire week whenever it flares up. Warm water salt gargles are a lifesaver when you're studying for exams and can't focus. Definitely going to get it pulled out after this semester.

Oh sweetie, I know that throbbing jaw pain is so annoying! Don't stress too much, it usually happens in phases as the tooth pushes through. Eat some cold ice cream or cold yogurt to soothe the gums, and call your dentist for a quick check.

When my jaw was swollen from a wisdom tooth, I had to pause my heavy gym workouts because the pressure made the throbbing worse. Stick to light walks and keep yourself super hydrated. Let a dentist take an X-ray to see if there is enough space for the tooth.

I had intense jaw pain during my wisdom tooth eruption. It's easy to confuse general gum inflammation with an impacted tooth infection. Keep your mouth clean with salt water, but please consult a dentist to get a professional opinion.

I've been reading up on this because my roommate's jaw is totally swollen right now. It seems keeping a cold compress on the outside of your cheek helps a lot with the swelling. It's amazing how much trouble one little tooth can cause!

I completely understand how overwhelming that deep, constant jaw ache can feel, it used to make me so anxious and sleepless. But don't worry, once the dentist takes a look, they can easily guide you. Getting an X-ray will give you a clear path forward.
