How to ease ovary pain?

I've been having this dull ache in my lower abdomen, sometimes on one side, sometimes both. My periods are usually regular, but this pain feels different. Could it be ovary pain, and what can I do to ease it?

Please do not ignore persistent lower abdomen pain on one side. I thought it was normal bloating, but it turned out to be a large ovarian cyst that eventually needed surgery. Go get an pelvic ultrasound done as soon as possible.

Any pain down there makes me worry so much and I start researching online immediately. Try using a warm heating pad to see if it relaxes the muscle tension. But please call your doctor so you don't keep stressing about what it could be.

My sister had severe one-sided lower belly pain recently and was really scared. It turned out to be a simple functional cyst that resolved on its own. Just get a quick scan done at a good clinic to be sure.

An ultrasound test usually costs around 800 to 1500 rupees depending on the clinic. It is better to get a proper doctor prescription first so you don't pay for unnecessary tests. Plan your budget for a gynecologist visit this week to be safe.

Haan, pelvic area me pain ho toh bilkul risk nahi lena chahiye na. Thoda garm paani ki sek kar lo temporary relief ke liye. Lekin proper gynecologist ko dikhana hi sahi solution hai.

If you get mild discomfort during ovulation, focus on clean anti-inflammatory foods and light walking to help with pelvic blood flow. Avoid heavy lifting or intense abdominal workouts on days when you feel the ache. Listen to your body's signals.
