How to ease nipple pain?

For the past few days, my nipples have been feeling really sore and sensitive, even to light touch. It's not my period time, and I'm a bit worried. Is there anything I can do at home to make it feel better?

Wearing super soft, seamless cotton bras is a lifesaver for this! Avoid synthetic fabrics that rub against the skin. Hope you get some quick relief soon!

I completely understand how terrifying any pain in the breast area can feel, as I used to get so anxious and search Google for hours. But most of the time it is just hormonal changes or friction. Take a deep breath and consult a doctor to ease your mind.

Hey babe, don't stress too much about it! It usually happens right before your periods due to hormonal shifts. Try wearing a loose sports bra and let it breathe. If it doesn't settle down after your cycle, just ask your doc.

I was reading about this recently because my friend had similar pain. It can actually be caused by something as simple as a harsh laundry detergent or a bad bra fit. Checking for any skin irritation or changes in your soap might be a good starting point.

I literally freaked out and thought the worst when I had sharp nipple soreness last month. But my doctor reassured me it was completely normal cyclical pain. It went away on its own in three days. Just relax and let your body settle.

This is so uncomfortable, yaar. Actually, sometimes detergent residue on the bra causes crazy irritation. Try using a very mild baby wash for your undergarments and see if the sensitivity reduces.
