Molar pain is the absolute worst, yaar. Actually, warm water plus salt gargles helps to suppress it for a bit, but that's just a temporary fix. Please go see a dentist soon before it gets totally unmanageable.

I had this last month and wasted two days trying random things while struggling to focus on work. Just book a dentist appointment for today itself. In the meantime, you can try keeping a cold compress on your cheek to manage the swelling.

Please don't put random cloves or spices directly on your raw gums like internet blogs suggest, as it can cause chemical burns. Dental pain usually means an underlying infection. Skip the DIY tricks and let a proper dentist evaluate it.

Aapko bahut takleef ho rahi hogi, beta. Thoda sa gungune pani me namak dalkar kulla kar lo, dukhna thoda kam hoga. Lekin shaam ko doctor babu ko zaroor dikha dena, daant ka mamla hai.

Oh god, molar pain is literally the most annoying thing ever! Don't stress too much about finding a permanent solution online right now. Just eat some cold dahi or ice cream, relax, and call up your dentist for an appointment.

When I had severe molar pain, my dentist explained that deep decay or nerve inflammation doesn't heal with basic rinses. He prescribed specific pain relief and told me never to apply heat directly on the jaw because it can worsen dental infections. Better to get an X-ray done to see the roots.

Before you visit any big corporate clinic, check a few local dentists as consultation and X-ray rates vary a lot. A simple X-ray shouldn't cost more than 300 to 500 rupees. Plan for a root canal or filling cost beforehand so you aren't surprised by the final bill.

Hey, hang in there. I know toothache makes it impossible to eat or sleep, but don't panic. Avoid chewing anything from that side and avoid very hot or cold liquids. Just take it easy today and make sure you get it checked by tomorrow morning, okay?

Put a single small piece of clove near the aching tooth, but do not chew it or press too hard. This is just a traditional way to temporarily dull the nerve pain. You must visit a dental clinic to clean the area properly.
