I totally understand how exhausting and draining menstrual pain can be, it used to make me feel so helpless every month. Please don't force yourself to be active, it's okay to take a break and rest. Be gentle with yourself and use a hot water bag to soothe the cramps.

Hey there! Try sipping on some warm ginger-honey water, it really helps with the bloating and cramps. Curl up in bed with your favorite book and keep a hot bag on your tummy. Take care of yourself!

I swear by my heating pad during the first two days of my period, it is a lifesaver. Drinking hot chamomile tea and taking a warm shower also helps relax the pelvic muscles. Don't hesitate to take a mild painkiller if your gynecologist has prescribed one.

Including magnesium-rich vegetarian foods like spinach, almonds, and bananas in your regular diet can help reduce the severity of menstrual cramps over time. Avoid cold drinks and processed foods during your cycle. If the pain is unbearable, please consult a gynecologist.

Haan, menstrual cramps can be so brutal na. At my home, we make a hot ajwain tea which really helps to ease the pain naturally. Just rest as much as you can and keep the hot water bottle ready.

While dark chocolate and hot spicy ramen are my ultimate comfort foods during periods, I realized that too much salt actually makes bloating and cramps worse. Try to stick to warm, comforting khichdi or soups, and keep yourself hydrated.
