Please rest your back on a firm floor or mattress and use a warm water bag. I hope your pain subsides very soon.

While you might want fast relief, please avoid taking strong painkillers without a doctor's prescription. Sudden severe back pain should be evaluated by a medical professional to ensure it is not a nerve compression. For now, just lie down flat on a firm bed.

Hey, don't stress too much, it's probably just a temporary muscle catch from sitting badly! Just apply some gel, lie down, and take it easy for today. Let the family do the house chores for a bit while you rest up.

I had a sudden lower back catch yesterday after bending to lift a bucket. I applied a good pain relief gel, lay down flat with my knees bent over a pillow, and used a heating pad. It took about 24 hours of rest, but the muscle finally relaxed today.

When my back pain got bad last month, I went to a proper hospital and the specialist explained that quick fixes like strong sprays only mask the pain. He advised a proper course of physical therapy. Please consult a qualified doctor to get the right treatment plan.

Listen to me, don't try any heavy stretching or crazy yoga poses to fix this fast, you might injure yourself more. Just lie down on your side with a pillow between your knees to keep your spine neutral. Let it heal slowly and rest properly today.
