Honestly, my sleep cycle is so broken that my whole body protests, but liver pain is something you shouldn't ignore. If you are feeling actual pain in the upper right side of your stomach, please close your screen and go to a doctor. It's definitely not something you can cure with coffee or a nap.

Hey there! Please take care of your health first. Eat very light, boiled food for a few days and completely avoid oily or spicy dishes. Sending you lots of positive vibes, hope you feel better soon! Please see a doctor if it persists.

Liver pain is actually quite serious, yaar. You can't just take a painkiller and ignore it because that can harm the liver even more. Better to see a doctor immediately and get an LFT or ultrasound done, don't do any self-medication here.

For liver health, keeping active with daily light walking is great, but only when you are not in acute pain. When there is actual pain, you must rest and let a doctor examine you. A clean diet with absolutely zero alcohol and low fat is the starting point for recovery.

Deep breathing and gentle pranayama can help relax the abdominal muscles, but the liver itself needs medical attention if it is congested or inflamed. Drink warm water and keep your diet completely simple, free of heavy fats. Do consult a qualified physician to understand the root cause.

Beta, liver issues require a very soft and light diet. You can have fresh buttermilk with a pinch of roasted cumin powder to cool the stomach, but please don't rely only on home remedies. Go to a proper doctor and get your liver function tested.

A low-fat, simple vegetarian diet with boiled vegetables and papaya can ease the digestive load on your liver. However, since liver pain can indicate infection or fatty liver, you should get a medical diagnosis first. Avoid processed foods completely.
