Don't panic, I know kidney stone pain can be incredibly intense and scary when it hits. Try to lie down on the side that doesn't hurt and sip some warm water slowly. If the pain becomes too severe or if you feel nauseous, let me know and we will go to the hospital clinic immediately to get it sorted, okay?

Haan na, kidney stone pain is absolutely unbearable, my cousin had it last summer. Warm water bag placement on the back gave him thoda relief from the spasms. But please don't wait at home, go to the doctor quickly to get the proper pain relief injection.

I literally sat on the bathroom floor and cried when my kidney stone flared up because the pain was so relentless. It is completely exhausting and okay to feel overwhelmed by it. Please don't suffer silently; get to a clinic and let them give you something to help manage the pain.

When I had a kidney stone, my doctor told me that drinking barley water and staying hydrated was helpful in flushing out the smaller particles. However, the actual pain management was only possible through the specific medications he prescribed. I highly suggest getting a proper prescription from a specialist.

I ignored my kidney stone pain thinking it would pass with water, but the stone got stuck and blocked my urine flow, leading to a severe kidney swelling. Please do not take this pain lightly or wait too long. Go see a urologist immediately to get an ultrasound and avoid any complications.

There is no need to panic; just keep a hot water bottle on your lower back to help ease the muscle spasms thoda. Sip normal water continuously but don't force-drink gallons at once if you are feeling nauseous. Get to a local doctor soon who can give you the standard medicines to relax the urinary tract.
