You don't need any expensive treatments immediately; just sit in a tub of warm water for 15 minutes to ease the swelling. Avoid straining in the toilet at all costs and drink plenty of warm water throughout the day. If it doesn't get better in two days, go visit a doctor nearby.

During our times, we focused on eating simple, non-spicy food and drinking fresh buttermilk to keep the stomach cool and stool soft. You can try a warm sitz bath to gently soothe the area, but please do not apply any strong home pastes on it. If there is severe pain or bleeding, you must go to a hospital immediately.

A warm sitz bath is absolute heaven for easing this pain quickly! Try to rest, eat lots of fiber-rich fruits, and drink plenty of water to keep your digestion smooth. Don't worry, it will get better soon, just take care of yourself.

Don't fall for online claims about 'instant overnight cures' for hemorrhoids, as some of those remedies can cause serious chemical burns. It is a sensitive area and needs professional medical evaluation. Go to a certified general physician or surgeon and get proper prescribed ointment.

I totally get it, hemorrhoid pain can be so incredibly uncomfortable and makes even sitting down a nightmare. Please try to take some rest, lie on your side to relieve the pressure, and try a warm water soak. I highly recommend consulting a healthcare professional to get the right medical guidance.

My teenage son had severe constipation and developed hemorrhoid pain last year, and it was so painful for him. I made sure he drank lots of water, ate papaya daily, and used a warm water tub soak to relieve the discomfort. Please take care of your diet and consult a doctor if the pain is too sharp.
