Please do not try any random herbal pastes or home creams you read about online, as they can cause severe irritation or infection in such a sensitive area. Hemorrhoids need proper medical diagnosis to determine the grade of severity. Go see a general surgeon or a proctologist for safe and effective treatment.

I understand how uncomfortable and painful this can be. Taking a warm sitz bath for 15 minutes can really help soothe the area and reduce the swelling. Please rest as much as possible and take care.

This pain is extremely troublesome, haan! Sitting for long hours at office makes it even worse, na. Try doing a warm water sitz bath, it really helps to relax the muscles and ease the throbbing. But definitely see a doctor to get a proper cream.

I had a lot of discomfort last year and found that increasing my daily fiber intake with oats, vegetables, and plenty of water made a big difference in easing bowel movements. Sitting on a soft cushion instead of hard chairs also helped me manage the pressure. However, it's best to consult your doctor for proper medication.

Trying to sleep with this pain is like trying to solve a math puzzle while sitting on a cactus! I have spent half my night drinking water and looking up soft cushions online. Do yourself a favor and get the proper prescription creams from a doctor so you can actually get some sleep.

My grandmother always used to say that drinking buttermilk with a pinch of jeera powder helps cool the digestive system during such times. While that is helpful for digestion, we must trust modern medicine for actual relief. I went to our family doctor who prescribed a very effective soothing ointment that healed it properly.

When my brother was facing severe discomfort, we went to a gastroenterologist at AMRI Hospital. The doctor clearly explained the importance of stool softeners and prescribed a specific ointment to reduce the swelling. Don't hesitate to ask your doctor clearly about the do's and don'ts of this condition.
